I love our home. Which is good since I am spending so much more time here now. It is an older house that needs more renovation. We did a lot when we first moved in, - which was just enough to make it feel like our place. Sometimes the old kitchen cabinets and bathrooms drive me crazy-but this place feels so much like home. It is cozy- I knew it the moment I first walked into this house.
One of the things I most love about our home is the light. It is bright - but not too bright. It feels airy even though the house is not an open layout.
Now that I am spending more time then ever before here, I am getting that hunger to change things. I want to add some more pep and color. I want to add a bit more whimsy and fun. I want to fix the problem spots, like overcrowded corners and bare walls. It will be very slow bit by bit- but it is exciting. I dream about home decor- I really do. Inspiration pics and maybe some before and afters pics are in the works....
